Islamabad, Pakistan – The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has successfully concluded a significant series of counter-narcotics operations across the country, marking another major blow to drug trafficking networks. In a coordinated campaign spanning nine separate raids, the ANF arrested 11 drug traffickers and seized over 107 kilograms of assorted narcotics with an estimated market value exceeding Rs. 21.5 million.

The operations, conducted with precision and intelligence, took place in key areas known for drug trafficking activities, including Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Pishin, Islamabad, Kohat, and Peshawar. Among the contraband confiscated were quantities of liquid cannabis, opium, hashish, ice (methamphetamine), and heroin, preventing these substances from reaching domestic and international markets.

This multi-pronged operation underscores the ANF’s unwavering commitment to its mandate of eradicating the drug menace from Pakistan. The force is actively disrupting both the supply and demand chains through a combination of targeted raids, public awareness campaigns, and community engagement.

All individuals arrested during the raids have been charged under the Control of Narcotic Substances (CNS) Act, and comprehensive investigations are now underway to dismantle the broader networks responsible for these crimes. The ANF’s success in these operations highlights the effectiveness of its strategic approach and serves as a strong deterrent to those involved in illegal drug trade. The force has pledged to continue its vigilant efforts to ensure public safety and secure a drug-free Pakistan.
