Former Prince Andrew, now known as Andrew Windsor, is reportedly facing a “sad and lonely” Christmas this year as his mandated move from Royal Lodge to a smaller property on the Sandringham estate continues to be delayed, potentially until February.
The former Prince was ordered to vacate the mansion by King Charles due to the ongoing controversy surrounding his association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, but insiders told Radar Online that unfinished preparations at his new residence mean the move will not take place before the holidays.

The father of Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie is described by sources as “sad, lonely, and stubborn” about the relocation, with one insider noting he is “treating it almost like a squatter situation, staying put until everything is completely ready for his move,” calling the behavior “pathetic, childish, and ridiculous.”
However, palace sources claim the delay may be convenient for the royal family, who reportedly feel “relieved he won’t be there for Christmas,” as it spares senior royals an awkward situation during their traditional holiday celebrations after what has been a turbulent year for the disgraced ex-Prince.
