At the Istanbul Gaza Summit, foreign ministers from Türkiye, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan, Pakistan, and Indonesia endorsed Palestinian governance and security control in post-war Gaza, backed by a UN-mandated International Stabilization Force (ISF) to monitor the October 10, 2025, Trump-brokered ceasefire.
Turkish FM Hakan Fidan: “Palestinians must govern and secure Gaza. The ISF needs a veto-free UN Security Council resolution for legitimacy.” Nations will decide troop contributions accordingly. Pakistan is consulting on UN-led deployment.

Hamas is ready to transfer Gaza to a Palestinian committee, with reconciliation urged between Hamas and the Palestinian Authority for Palestinian unity.
President Erdoğan (OIC address): “Hamas honors the truce; Israel violates it. Muslim states must lead Gaza reconstruction and humanitarian aid.”
Pakistan’s FO condemned Israeli ceasefire breaches, demanded full withdrawal, and reaffirmed support for an independent State of Palestine on pre-1967 borders with Al-Quds as capital.
The summit prioritizes Gaza peace, rebuilding, and self-determination.
