Seven officers from the Federal Investigation Agency’s National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) have resigned following serious allegations of bribery and corruption connected to the arrest of popular YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai.
Their resignation letters have been forwarded to the Ministry of Interior by newly appointed NCCIA Director General Khurram Ali, with official approval expected later this week.

Sources revealed that investigations exposed strong links between several NCCIA officials and Ducky Bhai. After his arrest, some officers allegedly accepted large bribes, with one reportedly transferring over $300,000 from the YouTuber’s account to his own before distributing the funds among colleagues.

The scandal widened as multiple officers, including senior directors and assistant directors, went missing after the incident. The case, filed by Ducky Bhai’s wife, Aroob Jatoi, led to the arrest of nine officials, six of whom are currently on physical remand.
According to the FIA, around Rs 42.5 million in illicit funds has been recovered so far, and further investigations are underway.
