Addressing public concerns, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed Pakistan has joined the “Board of Peace” initiative alongside seven other Islamic nations, including Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Egypt.
- Primary Objectives: The BOP aims to consolidate a ceasefire in Gaza, support reconstruction, and advance Palestinian self-determination based on pre-1967 borders.

- Military Clarification: Membership in the BOP does not imply a commitment to contribute troops to any International Stabilisation Force (ISF).
