The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has launched ‘InvestPak’, a digital investment portal designed to simplify and modernise access to government securities for both individuals and corporate investors.
The platform enables users with Pak rupee bank accounts to open Investor Portfolio of Securities (IPS) accounts, participate in primary auctions, and trade in the secondary market, all without the need to visit a bank branch.

Eligible users, including individuals, joint account holders, and corporates, can register using their IBAN and manage multiple IPS accounts across different banks under one profile.
The central bank will publish auction schedules for government securities directly on the portal, while banks must provide firm buy/sell quotes and ensure transparent execution of transactions in the secondary market.
