The Federal Bureau of Prisons has confirmed that Sean “Diddy” Combs, the founder of Bad Boy Records, is scheduled for release on May 8, 2028.
The 50-month prison sentence follows Combs’ conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. The high-profile criminal trial, which concluded in July with a split verdict, saw the music mogul acquitted of the more serious charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.
The confirmation from the Federal Bureau of Prisons clarifies the expected timeframe for the hip-hop entrepreneur’s return following his sentencing earlier this month.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs will remain in prison until May 8th, 2028.
