The Prime Minister of Pakistan has directed to accelerate Digital Reforms across Pakistan. In addition to increasing the effectiveness of all government digital platforms to meet contemporary needs. The main goal of this initiative is to help citizens access public services. PM Shehbaz Sharif chaired the meeting to review reform progress at the National Information Technology Board (NITB) and Islamabad Technology Parks.
Furthermore, the Prime Minister asked for swift digitization of processes in government institutions, including the digitalization of public property records. PM also expressed his displeasure over the delays in the construction of Islamabad Technology Park. He directed the respective Minister to expedite the construction and operationalization of the park on a priority basis.

Meanwhile, the officials briefed the PM that:
- NITB had undergone right-sizing.
- Key appointments were made transparently.
- Federal ministries have already transitioned to e-office.
- Other government offices and state-owned entities are being streamlined in line with the PM’s directives.
