Iran’s military leadership issued a blistering warning to President Donald Trump, vowing to “set fire to the world” if any action is taken against Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. General Abolfazl Shekarchi, a spokesman for the armed forces, declared that Iran would “cut the hand” of any American aggression. The escalation follows a weekend interview with Politico in which Trump labeled the 86-year-old Khamenei a “sick man” and openly called for regime change, stating it was “time for new leadership” in Tehran.
