Pakistan and Türkiye Conclude Joint Commando & Special Forces Exercises Jinnah-XIII

Pakistan and Türkiye have successfully concluded the Joint Commando and Special Forces Exercise Jinnah-XIII aimed at enhancing counterterrorism capabilities and deepening military cooperation between the two countries.

The exercise took place in Ankara and Isparta, Türkiye, where combat teams from the Pakistan Army trained alongside their Turkish counterparts. According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the two-week drill achieved all its training and military diplomacy objectives.

Participating troops demonstrated high standards of professionalism and operational excellence. The focus was on refining drills, procedures, and techniques for counterterrorism operations, with special emphasis on combat in built-up areas and countering improvised explosive devices (IEDs).

The exercise also served to further strengthen the longstanding and historic military-to-military relations between Pakistan and Türkiye.

This successful conduct of Jinnah-XIII reflects the growing defence partnership between the two nations and their shared commitment to regional security and counterterrorism efforts.
