MG Pakistan Launches Exchange Program for HS PHEV

MG Motor Pakistan announced a new vehicle trade-in initiative under its MG eXchange platform. The program is designed to simplify the transition for drivers moving toward greener technology by allowing them to exchange any used vehicle for a brand-new MG HS Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV). Instead of navigating the open market to sell their old cars, customers can now have their vehicles evaluated directly by MG for a fair price assessment, which is then adjusted against the cost of the new hybrid SUV.

The MG HS PHEV stands as a premium offering in Pakistan’s growing hybrid market, utilizing a dual-power system of a petrol engine and an electric motor to maximize fuel efficiency. By streamlining the evaluation and transaction process, the company aims to reduce the bureaucratic hurdles often associated with car sales and upgrades. MG Pakistan stated that the goal of this initiative is to encourage a faster shift toward hybrid mobility across the country.

Potential buyers are invited to visit authorized MG dealerships to begin the inspection and booking process. This move is seen as a strategic step to bolster MG’s market share in the competitive SUV segment while addressing the rising consumer interest in fuel-saving technologies.
