The Government of Pakistan is closely monitoring the rapidly evolving situation in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and expresses its concern over the current developments affecting the country and its people.

In an official statement released today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that Pakistan attaches great importance to the well-being of the people of Venezuela. The Government underscores the absolute necessity for all parties to adhere to the principles of the United Nations Charter and international law. Pakistan maintains that the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all states must be respected as the foundation for global peace.

Citing the risk of further regional instability, Pakistan urges the need for immediate restraint and de-escalation to end the crisis. The Ministry highlighted that a peaceful resolution to all outstanding issues should be sought through established legal and diplomatic frameworks, rather than through measures that exacerbate tensions.
