“Patience is Not Unlimited”: Saudi Arabia’s FM Prince Faisal Issues Final Warning to Iran

Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, issued a stern ultimatum to Tehran on Thursday, warning that the Kingdom’s tolerance for attacks on its territory and neighboring Gulf states has reached a breaking point. Speaking at a high-stakes news conference following an emergency meeting of Arab and Islamic foreign ministers, Prince Faisal emphasized that Saudi Arabia possesses “very significant capacities” to retaliate should Iran fail to halt its “premeditated” regional aggression.

The warning comes in the wake of a massive Iranian missile and drone barrage targeting critical energy infrastructure in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), as well as multiple interceptions over Riyadh.

Evidence of “Premeditated” Warfare

Prince Faisal dismissed claims from Tehran that the strikes were improvised reactions to the evolving conflict, asserting instead that they are part of a long-term Iranian military doctrine.

The regional war took a sharp turn on Wednesday after the IRGC followed through on threats to retaliate for an Israeli strike on Iran’s South Pars gas field.
