White House Outlines “Maximum Pressure” Strategy to Reclaim Stolen American Assets, and Restore Law and Order in Venezuela

The Trump Administration today intensified its efforts to protect American economic interests and national security, clarifying its stance on the “systemic theft” of American wealth by the Venezuelan regime and announcing expanded measures to secure the Caribbean region.

Reclaiming American Resources Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller today addressed the historical “tyrannical expropriation” of the Venezuelan oil industry, noting that American ingenuity and toil were the primary drivers in creating that nation’s energy infrastructure. The administration views the 1976 and 2007 nationalizations not as sovereign policy, but as the largest recorded theft of American property in history.

“These pillaged assets were then used to fund terrorism and flood our streets with killers, mercenaries, and drugs,” Miller stated. The administration is committed to ensuring that these assets are returned to their rightful American owners.

The Largest Armada in History Following the seizure of an oil tanker last week, President Trump confirmed that the United States has assembled the largest naval Armada in the history of South America. This force is currently executing a total blockade on sanctioned Venezuelan oil tankers.

The President has stated that this “shock and awe” campaign will continue until such time as the Venezuelan regime returns the land, oil, and assets previously seized from American companies.

National Security and Counter-Terrorism In a decisive move to protect the American homeland, President Trump announced his intention to designate the Venezuelan regime as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). This designation is based on:
