The UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) introduced its AI-driven ‘Ask Data’ project at GITEX Global 2025, showcasing how artificial intelligence can enhance institutional efficiency and decision-making.
With the efforts of MoHRE team, we developed the “Ask Data” system to enhance digital integration with government entities. The system supports data analysis and decision-making to improve services and optimise operational processes.

The platform enables ministry employees to instantly access, query, and interpret data through an interactive interface linked to over 100 electronic integrations with 60+ government and private entities. It allows users to ask technical questions and receive precise, real-time answers about integration systems and APIs, simplifying access to critical labour market data.
According to Reeham Al Mutawa, MoHRE’s Data Management Director, ‘Ask Data’ aligns with the UAE’s Digital Government Vision and Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme, representing a “qualitative leap” in how employees manage data and deliver services. By automating processes and consolidating digital resources, the system enables faster, data-driven decisions and strengthens the ministry’s role in digital innovation.
Part of six new initiatives displayed at MoHRE’s GITEX pavilion, the project highlights the ministry’s continued commitment to smart transformation and AI-led governance across federal operations.
