On the occasion of Qatar’s National Day, celebrated annually on December 18th, the Ambassador of Pakistan, H.E. Muhammad Aamer, extended warm felicitations, praising the country’s “unity, resilience and national progress” under the leadership of H.H. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani.

The Ambassador highlighted Qatar’s visionary achievements in economic diversification, human development, and its globally appreciated role in humanitarian and diplomatic bridge-building within regional and international affairs.
The statement underscored the “long-standing, deeply-rooted” relationship between Pakistan and Qatar, which is currently enjoying a strong positive momentum reinforced by recent high-level exchanges and the successful convening of the Pakistan–Qatar Joint Ministerial Commission.
This commission provides a structured framework to enhance cooperation across key sectors including investment, trade, energy, agriculture, and labour mobility. Crucially, the Ambassador acknowledged the significant contributions of the Pakistani community in Qatar, a key pillar of the partnership, whose dedication has meaningfully supported Qatar’s national development.
Pakistan reaffirmed its commitment to scaling these relations, confident that the two brotherly nations possess the strong complementarities and mutual goodwill necessary for continued prosperity and technological collaboration, aligning their future ambitions with Qatar National Vision 2030.
